Jasmine Tea Natural Scenting Process

The basic process of jasmine tea: tea billet treatment → flower maintenance → mixing and manuring → heat dissipation through the flowers → collecting the pile and continuing manuring → separating the flowers → reheating and drying the wet billet → manuring again or jacquard.

From the blending of tea flowers to the baking, it is called a cellar time. According to different quality standards, the production of jasmine tea uses different manuring times. High-grade jasmine tea has more flowers and needs more manholes. The manhole is a manhole in which the tea leaves are baked, not evenly stacked and boxed, but wait for the tea leaves to cool down and meet the technical requirements before manuring the flowers. Continuous cellar refers to the two cellar without baking directly to the next cellar times.

1, tea billet processing: the tea billet for reheating and drying and then cool down, the main purpose is to improve the tea fragrance and control the water content of the tea billet and billet temperature, in order to adapt to the technical requirements of the manhole process.

2, flower maintenance: divided into "serving flowers" and "sieve flowers" two links. Sieve flowers refers to the removal of debris, screening net flowers, and grading, in order to match the flowers according to the level of tea, while playing the role of oscillation, to further promote the opening of flowers.

3, tea flower mixing: that is, according to a certain ratio of flowers and tea billet evenly mixed, according to the process requirements of stacking, mixing that is left to manhole flowers. The whole process lasts 10~12 hours, including heat dissipation through the flowers.

4, through the flower heat: after a certain period of time, with the rise in the temperature of the pile need to be through the flower process. Through the flowers is to turn the tea leaves spread, the temperature drops to a certain degree and then collect the pile of continuous manhole. Through the flowers play the role of heat dissipation, replacement of air in the pile and once again the role of tea and flowers mixing.

5、Flowering: it is to sift out the flower residue of the tea, so that the tea flowers are mixed to separate.

6, baking: because of the increase in water content of tea leaves after cellar, must be baked, so that the tea leaves have a certain degree of dryness, in order to facilitate the transfer of cellar products or finished product quality, while promoting a better combination of tea and floral fragrance.

7, jacquard: after baking the tea leaves, flower fragrance fresh spirit is not enough, the process is taken in the last cellar with a small amount of high-quality jasmine flowers and tea leaves mixed and left for a few hours, without flowers, after the flowers are not baked that the uniform pile box.
